You all are the best. The second time we started up our car after the repair it was making a really loud noise. We called Integrity first thing on Monday morning to let them know. Within minutes Bob was in route to our house (clear across town during Monday rush hour traffic) to fix the noise which may or may not have been related to the repair. I am a new resident in the Portland area and was looking for a highly rated Toyota service center. Seeing that Integrity Auto was a Toyota specialist and has received high ratings, I gave them a try when my Toyota Tacoma needed scheduled service. I have now been here twice for service and can say that they are very knowledgable with Toyota vehicles and most of all – competent and honest. Comfortable waiting room with internet too. They have earned my future business and I will trust them to keep my Toyota in top shape.

Went in for a 30000 mile maintenance on my 2016 Tacoma. They got me in and out in about 3 and half hours as promised. Did good work, even refunded me 30 dollars for an over payment. The job costs about 170.00 dollars. A Toyota service department quoted 750 dollars for the same exact work. Duke Bishop and his team are one of the most honest businesses I have come across.

Hmm… I wish our availability matched your availability more easily. One possible partial remedy is that we have loaner cars that are available at no charge. That way if one end of the day or the other worked better for you for drop-off and pick-up, you could drop your car off one day and pick it up the next.

I’ve been very fortunate to not have needed any major repairs to my 13 year old truck. I’m very glad I brought it to Integrity when it did finally need some work. Better pricing than the dealer, quality work and nobody trying to up-sell me on turn signal fluid or unneeded repairs. :-) I’ve recommended Integrity to a number of friends over the years and they have all been happy with the service and quality of work that was done.
Having someone you can trust for maintenance and repair is a huge load off your mind when it comes to vehicle ownership. I am so glad I found these guys. I only wish they were closer to Beaverton.
Duke is straight up. Let’s you know what must be addressed and what you need to keep an eye on, if you’re on a budget. That said, they’re not the cheapest shop in town, but they’re really professional and thorough. If you want honest estimates, a clear description of the recommended work (for us auto dummies), and options for saving some cash with the pros and cons of each route, Duke is your car’s new best friend. As usual the service provided by Integrity Auto was excellent. Customer service was great. I was told what was needed and why and given time to make a decision on whether to replace brakes or wait. I became a believer in Integrity Auto when a dealer quoted me $1400 to fix my overheating car and Integrity fixed it for $300. When it is time for a new car I will be getting a Toyota so I can continue getting my service here.
Great service. We have been taking our vehicles for services for years. Bob is extremely nice. My daughter dropped off the car and she is under 25 and unable to take the loan car home. The staff actually give her a ride home.
It was a great visit, with all work done perfectly.
Duke and his staff were superb as always. Car runs like new and was returned to me on a Monday by 3:00 with no appt. after unexpected tow over the weekend.
