Need a second opinion on your vehicle?

Many of our most loyal customers first came to us seeking a 2nd opinion after receiving a list of recommended services and repairs from a dealership that seemed inflated or to come with a false sense of urgency. If you’ve received an estimate from another shop that you feel uncomfortable with or uncertain about, bring us your vehicle and we’ll be happy to perform a complimentary inspection to give you a second opinion. This free inspection comes with no obligation and no cost whether you have any work performed with us or not. The inspection is observational and doesn’t include diagnostics. If diagnostic time is required, that would need to be arranged as a separate item.

Are you looking for a longer warranty than the dealership?

We offer a 3-year/36k-mile warranty on parts and labor for most services, which is 3-times the 1-year warranty that dealerships offer. Because we strongly believe in the quality of original manufacturer/supplier parts, we predominantly use parts supplied either from the dealership or from the original parts manufacturers who supply Toyota, Lexus, Subaru and Honda.

Is it convenience that you want?

You can drop your car off during non-business hours. If needed, we can lock it out for after-hour pick-up as well.

We have loaner cars that we make available by reservation at no charge. We only ask that you bring the loaner car back freshly filled with gas for the next customer.

If you need to wait, we have a comfortable, quiet waiting room with free Wi-Fi.

We have towing services available through two trusted partners—both of whom can lock your vehicle securely inside our fenced area after hours and on weekends:

Don Ranes’ Integrity Towing (503-465-0500): Don is an owner/operator who has provided flatbed towing for our customers since 1999. He treats his customers with integrity and takes their needs seriously. He operates extended hours Mon–Sat.

Abdul Nasrati’s A & H Towing (971-500-9999): Abdul has a warm, caring personality. He and his team operate multiple trucks and offer 24-hour towing from Monday morning through midnight Saturday.
