Below are some testimonials from the people we work for. We work for some good-hearted people who have been using our Toyota and Lexus car services for years. I’ve often thought that if I had to form an opinion of the world strictly from my view over the counter, it would be easy to think that the world was largely populated by decent, honest, likable people—and maybe it largely is after all.

When people give us generous words like these, it makes us want to live up to the positive picture they’ve painted all the more. Thank you to all those who have contributed or will contribute to this page.

Note: A small number of these letters describe situations that involved errors on our part. I feel kind of funny about including these; like anyone, I prefer to put my best foot forward and it seems to run contrary to conventional wisdom to advertise that we’ve ever made a mistake. However, sometimes as relationships are forged, their character is best revealed in the midst of resolving an unanticipated problem. In the several letters that refer to situations of this sort, I have included them, along with a note of explanation, because I believe they have been a useful part of our learning process, and they serve to illustrate a healthy, fair-minded, customer-oriented approach to resolving unanticipated problems. Fortunately for us, an extraordinarily high level of shared trust has characterized our relationships with our customers, and they have been fair-minded in their dealings with us as well.

I went to Integrity Auto for a pre-purchase inspection on a car I was interested in. I called and left a message, and was called back soon after. They patiently listened to my concerns. They had the vehicle for probably 2 hours and they did a very in depth assessment of the car. I was emailed the inspection checklist and notes and he answered any additional questions I had. I was very pleased with how professional and understanding they were.

I love my Toyotas because they are so reliable, but if something does happen, I know I have a place I can take my babies to get honest repairs for a fair price. By far, one of the best repair shops in the entire metro area. I drive over from Beaverton to have work done even though there’s plenty of shops in my immediate area. Yeah, they are that good. Went in to have my wheel studs and lug nuts inspected, felt like they did a great job. They seem like mechanics who have been doing it for awhile and know their stuff. Very low pressure which I appreciate. Would definitely recommend them. Will be going back soon to have other repairs performed.

We brought the car in for brake work and an oil change but they took the time to go over everything and informed us we were also only 1k miles short of needing our timing belt replaced. I appreciate not having to schedule another appointment later when I realized I was due for more maintenance. They provided a free loaner car and still had the car done by the end of the next day even with the extra work.

This is my go to shop for my Toyotas. We just used them for 120k maintenance for our 2009Highlander ($600). We had other issues that we needed fixed and they were able to promptly identify the issues. Smell of burning oil due to leaking front differential and shaking due to worn out rotars. In all about $1800 in work.

I trust them to do the work that is necessary without upselling me on items that are not needed at a fraction of the cost of the dealer.
