We prefer that you drop your vehicle off either during hours or shortly before we open. Your car is simply more secure that way. Fill out one of the envelopes provided on the front door, put your keys in it along with any notes, and drop the envelope through the mailslot in the door.
Cars can be picked up after hours. We can secure your keys in a lockbox with an individualized combination. You should make a point to pick your car up as soon after closing as you can. Cars left outside the locked fence are less secure the longer they are left out.
We offer loaner cars for qualifying repairs to people who have full coverage insurance to cover our car while in their possession. We don’t charge a rental fee. We do ask that you bring the car back freshly filled with gasoline along with a receipt for the gas bought. We want you to fill it so that we don’t have to have our front counter people leave the shop to fill the loaner for the next person.
Our repairs are fully guaranteed. Most of our work is fully warranted for 3-years/36k-miles, whichever comes first, which is 3-times the one-year parts and labor repair warranty that Toyota, Lexus, Honda, and Subaru provide.
Currently we accept the following methods of payment:
- We accept cash or checks
- We accept all major credit card and debit card providers, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Be advised that payment by card will incur a 3% processing fee.
While dealerships are familiar with your brand, Integrity Auto Inc. specializes exclusively in Toyota, Honda, Lexus, and Subaru vehicles. This allows us to maintain deep technical expertise for these specific manufacturers without the overhead and impersonal nature of a large dealership. Our ASE certified master technicians have years of experience to shape their judgment and diagnostic skills.
A very common concern! The answer is no. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, you are not required to have your vehicle serviced at a dealership to maintain your factory warranty. As long as you have the recommended maintenance performed on schedule and keep records of your maintenance (which we provide on every visit), your warranty remains fully intact.
We prioritize quality above all else. For most repairs, we use OEM parts because they are designed specifically for your vehicle’s engineering. In situations where a high-quality aftermarket part is available that meets or exceeds OEM specifications, we may offer that as a cost-effective alternative.
Yes, we provide comprehensive, written estimates for all services and repairs. We know that bringing your vehicle in for repairs can be stressful, which is why we prioritize clear communication regarding costs before a single wrench is turned.
For common maintenance tasks—such as oil changes or brake pad replacements—we can often complete the work within just a few hours. In many cases, if you drop your vehicle off in the morning, you can expect to have it back by the end of the day.
Our technicians are ASE certified master technicians with years of experience, ensuring they possess the technical expertise required to handle both routine maintenance and complex engine diagnostics.
