Fix Auto Portland East our Toyota-Lexus-Scion Autobody Specialist

Fix Auto Portland East (operated by Roth & Miller Autobody) is our favorite auto body and collision repair shop. Although they’ve recently changed their name due to new industry affiliations, they have the same ownership and same team in place that’s won my admiration for years on end now. They are a locally-owned and family-operated business with the third generation of the family managing operations. They have a consultative feel to their transactions, and work to keep you informed and apprised of your options. They have been in business since 1946, providing automobile owners with the information necessary to make informed decisions about repairing their damaged vehicle, working with an insurance company and insurance claims, consumer repair rights when choosing an auto body shop, what your options are when your vehicle has been declared a “total loss”, and even how to care for your vehicle’s finish.

We have personally used this auto body shop for our own Toyotas, and we’ve referred many of our Toyota, Lexus, and Scion customers to this auto body collision and repair shop. They provide excellent service, and I consistently get feedback to this effect. They have a strong sense of working to serve your interests as a customer, and this is consistently communicated in their manner of relating to you throughout your transaction with them.

Fix Auto Portland East does excellent work and their default is to produce excellent results in their work. In some cases, you may not want the repair to be show-room quality – you may just want it to be acceptable or may prefer to use used parts. My impression is that in situations like this, they work hard to be flexible to accommodate your actual needs and desired outcome.

Although they are a general auto body shop that provides collision repairs for most makes and models, we feel entirely pleased to be able recommend this auto body collision repair shop to any and all Toyota, Lexus, or Scion owners for any and all of their auto body needs.
